JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com  - Perum Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia, yang baru diresmikan bulan lalu, harus segera melakukan konsolidasi organisasi. Organisasi yang kuat akan memungkinkan LPPNPI bisa mengambil alih Flight Information Region (FIR) yang saat ini dikuasai oleh Singapura.

Demikian kesimpulan yang didapat dari seminar ”Harapan dan Tantangan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia” yang digelar Masyarakat Transportasi Indonesia di Jakarta, Kamis (14/2/2013).

”Wilayah kontrol udara di Indonesia saat ini dikuasai oleh Singapura. Mereka bisa mendapatkan hak untuk mengatur lalu lintas udara karena peralatan mereka lebih modern dan menggunakan satelit. Kini sudah saatnya Indonesia mengambil alih kontrol udara di atas wilayah Indonesia,” kata Marsekal TNI (Purn) Chappy Hakim.

Menurut Chappy, Indonesia mempunyai peluang untuk memegang kendali atas lalu lintas udara tidak hanya di atas Indonesia, tetapi juga untuk kawasan Asia Tenggara.

”Namun, hal itu baru bisa dicapai jika kemampuan dan fasilitas navigasi kita memungkinkan,” kata Chappy.

Direktur Keselamatan dan Standar LPPNPI Wisnu Darjono mengakui, saat ini peralatan radar masih menggunakan radar darat yang jangkauannya tak terlalu luas. ”Kami akan mengganti fasilitas yang lebih modern setelah pengambilalihan ini selesai,” kata Wisnu.

Risman Nurjadin, Ketua Persatuan Ahli Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia, mengatakan, perlu dibuat rencana cadangan yang andal apabila ada gangguan pada sistem navigasi. ”Rencana ini penting untuk keselamatan,” kata Risman. (ARN)

Namun kini sudah sebaliknya. Berdasarkan media Zawya dari Dubai, perbankan Indonesia dinilai memiliki promosi keuangan syariah terbaik di dunia.

Hal ini berdasarkan jajak pendapat online yang dilakukan Islamic Finance News (IFN). "Hasilnya, Bank Indonesia (BI) dinilai berhasil menggeser posisi Bank Nasional Malaysia dalam hal promosi keuangan syariah terbaik di dunia," kata media Zawya, Kamis (10/1/2013).

Media tersebut juga merilis bahwa jajak pendapat ini pertama kali dilakukan pada 2006. Jajak pendapat ini meliputi semua pasar utama perbankan syariah dan emerging market, seperti Australia, Suriah, Inggris, Lebanon, Iran, dan Kenya. "Sebelumnya, Malaysia tak pernah tersingkir sebagai pemenang untuk kategori ini," tambahnya.

Tak hanya BI, Bank Muamalat juga menjadi pemenang untuk kategori Bank Islam Paling Inovatif. Pemenang umum untuk bank syariah terbaik atau "Best Overall Islamic Bank" baru akan diumumkan pada 25 Februari 2013 di Jumeirah Emirates Hotel, Dubai.

Jajak pendapat ini melibatkan 12.505 responden dari bank-bank syariah seluruh dunia. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan hanya 9.883 suara yang sah. Sebanyak 2.662 suara ditolak karena responden memberikan suara untuk banknya sendiri, duplikasi atau berasal dari sumber yang meragukan. Secara total, IFN merangkum 160 nominator untuk 36 kategori.
